NP3 is a publicly listed real estate company focused on high-yielding commercial properties, primarily in northern Sweden.
As of September 30, 2025, the property portfolio comprised of 2 281 000 square meters lettable area distributed across 605 properties within the segments industrial, logistics, retail, office, and other. Industrial properties represent the largest share of rental income. The market value of the property portfolio amounted to SEK 24.9 billion. NP3's share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.
