At the Annual General Meeting 2026, it was resolved, in accordance with the Nomination Committee’s proposal, to appoint the registered public accounting firm KPMG AB as the company’s auditor for the period until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2027. Peter Dahllöf will serve as the auditor in charge.
