Former CEO of Norrlandspojkarna Fastighets AB and the construction company Tre Jonsson Bygg AB. Co-founded NP3 in 2010 and has served as the company’s CEO since then.

Born in 1988. Holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. Has several years of experience in financing, valuation, financial planning and controlling. Began his career as a Graduate Trainee at Scania and has since held several different positions, including Head of Controlling and Strategic Business Developer. Most recently served as Financial Controller at NP3. Employed at NP3 since 2021.

Born in 1989. Has several years of experience in banking and finance, with a focus on both social and environmental sustainability. Most recently held a position as Sustainability Strategist. Employed at NP3 since 2025.

Born in 1972. Holds a degree in Business and Economics. Has several years of experience in auditing and audit-related consulting at PwC. Subsequently held several management positions within SCA, including Head of Accounting at SCA Skog, Head of SCA Business Services, and Head of Tax for the SCA Group. Employed at NP3 since 2020.

Born in 1969. Has several years of experience in real estate, primarily within operations, property management, and construction projects. In previous positions, has worked with management optimization in major operations and real estate companies, and most recently held a role in property management development at Castellum. Employed at NP3 since 2018.
