Maintenance issue can be submitted via the website 24/7 using the form below.
To make the registration easier, we kindly ask you to report one issue at a time and describe the problem in detail. Fields marked with * are mandatory. You can also report a fault by phone at +46 60 777 03 00, option 3, Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00. The same number applies for urgent fault reports outside office hours. In emergency situations such as fire, call 112.
Maintenance issue
Examples of issues:
Climate control (cooling, heating, drafts, etc.), water/sewage problems, lighting and other electrical issues, windows, doors, locks, and anti-slip measures. If, according to the lease agreement, the responsibility for the issue lies with the tenant, the cost will be charged accordingly. The work is carried out by NP3’s operations contractors. Vandalism and damage will be charged to the tenant.

The request must be approved by the tenant’s contract representative. The work will be carried out subject to availability by NP3’s property management contractors responsible for the property in which you lease premises. An invoice will be sent by the contractor upon completion of the work. Vandalism and damage will be charged to the tenant.
